DO NOT SELL/SHARE MY INFORMATION
Teradata’s business model does not include sharing or selling your personal information for money, but under certain United States laws, such as California’s CCPA, sharing personal information with partners in exchange for some benefit, such as providing more relevant ads, is considered a “sale” or “share.” Teradata may “sell” or “share” personal information for such advertising purposes. DATA TRANSFER
Information about Cross-border transfers of personal data may be found in the Cross-border data transfers section of Teradata’s Global Privacy Statement. As outlined in that section, Teradata is certified under the Data Privacy Framework, but also uses Data Transfer Agreements and the Standard Contractual Clauses as part of its efforts to ensure data transferred out of its country of origin is adequately protected.
